St. Joseph’s Community Health Foundation Grants reach $9.7 million in gifts to communities

Grants totaling $107,000.00 were given to support a wide variety of area projects at the regional Grant Luncheon.

Grants provided to organizations are for projects that impact the mental, physical, spiritual and/or emotional well-being of people in the counties of Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, McLean, Mountrail, Pierce, Renville, Rolette, Sheridan, Ward and Wells.  Preparing for on site healthcare, added thrift store for community resource center and food pantry, parenting and child support programs,  meals and transportation for seniors, art therapy for counseled veterans, holistic program awareness, nutrition services for seniors, automatic external defibrillators, replace fire equipment at Glenburn fire station, upgrade grass fire truck, sound proofing system, strength, balance and mobility program for seniors, handicap ramp and much more will be impacted by the grants given.

St. Joseph’s Community Health Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) public charity community foundation formed in June of 1998.  The Foundation has awarded over $9.7 million in grants to organizations for many worthwhile projects to assist with programs that address quality of life issues in their communities.
